Being a young person like myself it can sometimes be a little challenging to deal with these sorts of things but they really made the process all so easy for me. Helen was fantastic, courteous, and helpful right away, and nothing was too much problem for her. She kept us updated at every stage and even at the very last minute was able to negotiate an extra provision into the arrangement that will give my wife some future peace of mind. We chose a couple of cars online first and made an appointment. From start to end, the experience was (as always), just brilliant. A lovely young lady (Helen) took us out on some test drives without being a pushy salesperson. All in all, the whole team at Nexa Motors are excellent. Just a great, no-hard sales better experience.
